i got my own,brand new PC :D:D


(AOC 18" LCD monitor,Altec Lansing series 100 speaker,compaq USB keyboard+mouse,compaq Presario)

its simply a dream come true...
ive been dying to own it since....err... last month...
uh,call me lucky but hey,i deserves it.
ive been working hard for this...yea,i'd rather lying starved,cut off expenses...leading to a massive series of budget-cutting...

hard times...
...when i have somethng in mind,i jst wont easily let it go...

here's the whole story...

my old PC



Status:Down
currently a shoe rack until further notice.i mean,needed.

i look desperate when im trying so hard ==

the main problem was with the virtual memory...nothing much...a few kinks...and half a thousand variety of threats...not to mention worms...
so that's that :D

so beforehand,i got two options.

1:upgrade the pc
2:get myself a freekin new pc

i went to XXXXX PC repair n assembly...it cost bout RM860 for him to do the job...
one word:


MAHAL

trust me,i did comparisons,reviews.A LOT.n it shouldn't even supposed to reach RM600.
i mean,hey.middle end processor+motherboard.no graphic processor unit.does it have to cost that much?i guess the rest were just service charges ==

n IF i decided to take that,it would be

core 2 duo 2.4 Ghz
1GB RAM
Graphic:none.exception to shared integrated cache.
HDD:120GB
n all the setting from my old PC...
Thats it.

naah not worth it :d

the next day,i went to Jusco Bkt Indah.
(fact:ive set my target a month earlier.gotta do all the specs review 1st)

there was it,a HP compaq CQ3020L...still quietly sitting in a corner,waiting for its owner.
just then i found out that there's no operational system included.only the hardware.
nevermind,i can do all the installing myself.wth the OS,the overall cost would be bout RM1100...i did a great saving...

i got myself a new wife...err...PC...for only RM888 :D

all that for RM888 ^_^ not bad.but basically,its an ideal machine for web surfing n casual gaming.the best game the GPU could handle is Call of Duty 2 and other similar games.thinking of changing that one,too :)


so its not a gaming PC,but a balanced system.plus,the Dolby 5.1 DTS+Realtek HD audio sound system is truly awesome.
and i'd get to play it on my 32" LCD Tv too ^^ too bad i cant plug in the home theatre...haha

thanks to Amin,i hav an ATI Radeon display card,but i dare not to hurt her T_T .so its left unused.later la.

words cant express how happy i am ^^ thanks to mom for the lil support :P n Hakim for ur RM50 dat ive used up to buy Games.


its still mine :P


with my old pc,i cant seems to do anything besides internet,o2Jamming n photoshopping.
but now,i cant decide on what to do 1st haha...

for a certain inevitable reason,my PC lost its memory....
what's a PC without virtual memory....
it's nothing but a mere CP,which in my field of cat terminology,simply means Casing Pokai....

anyway,that explains my long hiatus :D uh,wrong.break from blogging~~

but of course,do u seriously think that was my absolute disconnection?

with my only lifeline...wait,thats fatal.what im trying to say is that i only have two other alternatives of staying connected,either enjoying the pleasure of sore thumb by surfing net on a phone....a 3.5G music-purposed mobile phone to be exact.....
(my 1st post was typed on hp,resulting in defected alphanumerical keypad no.4.since then,serik!)


OR

taking the risk of going to the nearest cc :D which wasn't really worth the risk...



there u have it,main cause of my dissapearance; PC rosak....


but im back now,better than ever :P
